Join us for this 1.5 day annual event focusing on IBD research taking place at The Catalyst, Newcastle on 26th - 27th January 2025.

Social evening
Join us at Pleased To Meet You, The Viceroy on Sunday 26th November from 7pm for the IBD Investigators social evening for an evening of good food and networking.
A deposit of £50.00 is required to attend the social evening to avoid food waste. This will be refunded after your attendance. Dinner will be provided. A limited number of places are available, so please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
You must book in order to attend the social evening. Those who have not booked and paid a deposit to attend the social evening will not be permitted into the event.
Registration fees
Members: £75.00 deposit (refundable after attendance)
Non-members: £75.00
Conference and dinner attendance: £125.00

- This event will take place fully face-to-face, and we regret that we are unable to offer hybrid/virtual attendance on this occasion.

- BSG member attendees only will have the cost of their ticket refunded within 1 week of the event.
- All dinner attendees will have the cost of their dinner ticket refunded within 1 week of the event.
- Cancellations less than one week before the event and no-shows will not be refunded.
Cancellation deadlines:
- Two weeks before the event – a full refund will be given
- One week before the event – a 50% refund will be given
- Less than one week before an event – no refund will be given
