The BSG is delighted to be able to host speaker coaching workshops to support members. The ability to speak confidently to an audience can often be a decisive factor in most people’s career progression. This may partly explain why so many of us dread it – the pressure, the anxiety, the fear of failure. The truth is that very few people are naturals; it’s a skill to be learned, developed and practised, and it’s a skill that everyone can acquire.

In one of these three-hour sessions, we will take you through the most important aspects of giving a good presentation: structuring your content to make it coherent and memorable, using body language, projecting your voice and overcoming nerves. Led by writer and business leader Matthew Gidley, the workshop will include opportunities to present pre-prepared and on-the-hoof material to a small group, in a safe and encouraging environment.

Attendance Fee: £50
The attendance fee will be refunded to BSG members who attend. Non-members and no shows will not be refunded.
