As Chief Operating Officer of the British Society of Gastroenterology, I work closely with the CEO, Board of Trustees, and the internal team to ensure the effective operational delivery of our organisational strategy. My role involves overseeing the Society’s operations, enhancing processes, and supporting our teams to provide the best possible service to our members and volunteers.
