Dr Melanie Lockett, former Workforce Lead as well as President's Medal Winner 2018, interviews our current Workforce Lead Dr Shairoz Samji who began her term in 2022. Shairoz has spent nearly a decade in our society across various committees and won the BSG Trainees Section Leadership and Management Prize at the end of her training.
